The jet

Is ThunderX good for beginners?
Yes. Altitude-hold autopilot keeps the jet at a steady height and headless mode means forward is always forward, so first-time pilots can focus on the fun.

What age is it for?
Kids and adults. Not suitable for children under 3 - adult supervision recommended for younger pilots.

How long does it fly?
About 5-10 minutes per battery. Choose the 3-battery or 4-battery + carrying case package for longer sessions.

How far can it fly?
The 2.4GHz remote has a control range of about 70 meters.

Can I fly it indoors?
Yes. The 38g foam body and guarded propellers are safe for open indoor spaces. Outdoors, fly on calm days away from people, pets and power lines.

What if it crashes?
The soft foam body is built to handle bumps while you learn. If anything arrives damaged, email us and we'll make it right.

How do I charge it?
Charge the batteries with the included USB cable before your first flight.

Orders & shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every US order. Orders ship from a US warehouse and most arrive in 3–5 business days, with a tracking number emailed as soon as it ships.

How do I track my order?
Use the Track My Order page with your order number and email.

Do bundles save money?
Yes - buy 2 and save 10%, buy 3 and save 15%, buy 4 or more and save 20%. Discounts apply automatically in your cart.

Returns

What if it's not right for me?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Email support@thunderx.store to start a return.
