Returns & Refunds — ThunderX

We want you (and anyone you gift a ThunderX to) to be happy with your order.

30-day returns

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@thunderx.store with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damaged or defective items

If your ThunderX arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts (plane, controller, batteries or charger), or stops working within 30 days of delivery, email us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — you won't need to return the damaged item.

Crash damage

ThunderX is built from durable EPP foam, but damage caused by crashes, water or modifications isn't covered as a defect. Contact us anyway — we'll do our best to help with replacement parts.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Gifts

If you received a ThunderX as a gift, email us and we'll help with an exchange or a refund to the original purchaser.
