Shipping Policy — ThunderX

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on every order.

Fast US delivery

Every order ships from a US fulfillment warehouse with fast, tracked delivery. Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days from the day you order (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates based on carrier transit times, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and peak season can add delays.

Holiday delivery

For estimated delivery by December 24, please order by December 16. We can't guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Delays

If we can't ship your order within the time stated above, we'll email you with a new estimate and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your ThunderX arrives damaged, email us at support@thunderx.store with your order number and we'll replace it or refund you.
